TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We’re so excited that you have decided or considering use our space. We believe that our
coworking space will provide the perfect environment for entrepreneurs, business
executives, students, teams, and trainees to work and collaborate effectively.
Everyone who enters our doors should experience a serene and inspiring environment. The
following rules have been put in place because we want to ensure that our members enjoy a
safe and productive work environment:
Conduct: We expect our members to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor when
using our facilities. We don’t tolerate disruptive or offensive behavior towards other
members.
Workspace: We want our workspaces to be clean and tidy, and we ask our members to do
their part in maintaining this standard. We also want to make sure that everyone has their
own designated workspace, and we ask that you respect the boundaries of others.
Shared Spaces: We have common areas like lounges, working spaces and meeting rooms
that are available for everyone to use. To ensure that these spaces remain clean and
available for everyone, we ask our members to be mindful of their usage and leave the
spaces clean and tidy after use.
Privacy: We value everyone’s privacy, and we expect our members to respect this as well.
Please do not intrude on other people’s personal space or conversations without their
consent.
Security: Your safety and the security of your belongings are important to us. We encourage
our members to keep an eye on their personal belongings and ensure that they are secure at
all times.
Guest Policy: We understand that you may want to bring guests with you, and that’s fine!
However, we do ask that you follow our visitor policy, and please note that guests will need
to pay for any workspace or facility usage.
Food Policy: We humbly request our clients to follow our no aromatic foods policy within
the space. All heavily scented foods should be had within our breakrooms. Foods like
breakfast items and snacks are permitted within the working spaces.
Use of Facilities: We want our members to take full advantage of the facilities and amenities
that we provide. However, please note that some facilities may have limited availability. We
also reserve the right to limit or restrict access to any facility or amenity.
Security Refundable Deposit
We reserve the right to request security deposit of at least a month’s fee of service booked
for bookings more than a month.
Booking Confirmation
Use of space is only confirmed when full payment is made prior to use of space. Spaces
cannot be reserved without payment.
Duration of Bookings
User should strictly adhere to slots booked for their use. Dynaspace will charge for overstay
at twice the normal rate (hourly or daily) or cancel subsequent bookings if this behaviour
persists.
No Smoking Facility
To ensure the safety of space users, smoking is not permitted in and around Dynaspace
facilities.
Consumption of Alcohol
Unless explicitly agreed as part of an event at booking, consumption of alcohol is not
permitted within the facility.
Duty of Care
Users must take due care of facilities been used and any damage must reported
immediately. When damage is unreported and staff of Dynaspace detects these upon
further inspection, user will be charged with cost of repairs or replacement. Based on the
gravity of the damage, booking may also be cancelled.
Complimentary Internet Access
Internet access is complimentary and must be used responsibly and legally. Any
unauthorized use of internet will lead to immediate disconnection and reporting to the right
authorities.
Compliance: It’s important that our members comply with our rules and regulations. Any
violation of these rules may result in termination of booking.
Health and Safety
All necessary precautions must be taken to avoid leaning on the glass panels or throwing
objects at it.
Termination: We never want to have to terminate anyone’s booking, but we reserve the right
to do so if any member breaches our terms without refund. Where Dynaspace has to
terminate for other causes rather than breach of terms, refund will be provided.
By following these rules and regulations, we believe that our members will have a productive
and supportive workspace environment. We want to ensure that everyone who uses our
coworking spaces has a positive experience and feels supported and nurtured in their work. If
